About the domain — yours, either way
Domain fees (registration and annual renewal) are billed separately at cost. Two ways to prepare it — the registrant is you from day one with either.

- We register and manage it for you: the registrant is you from the moment of registration; you bear only the actual cost. On cancellation we hand it over by account transfer or by issuing the AuthCode
Registering it yourself is the safest. If it feels difficult, we handle both.
Either way, the domain is yours.

What is Suiteki Sekisen?

What happens to the LP or site if I cancel?
It does not disappear. The full set — code, images, copy, analytics data — is handed over free. The domain is registered in your name from day one, so the URL stays too. The same applies even if you cancel after one month.
What happens to my current website?
We do not touch it. Your current site stays as it is; we build one extra LP beside it for testing what you learn. The domain is newly registered in your name, or a subdomain if you prefer.
Will this upset my current web agency?
No. We do not touch your existing site, so there is no conflict with your maintenance contract. And when you are ready for full-scale design, graduate to a specialist agency — the LP goes with you, code and all, with handover notes.
How much can I ask for each month?
Everything from swapping copy, photos, buttons and prices, to reworking or adding sections (blocks within the page), to adding pages. Submit requests together by the monthly update-batch deadline. There is a monthly guideline, but going a little over it never gets a flat no — just send it in with your update batch and we will sort it out together.
Is it really monthly-only?
Yes — production and operation are monthly-fee only. No upfront cost; 19,800 yen/month for the first 12 months from contract, then 9,900 yen/month forever (excl. tax). No surprise invoices — only requests beyond the monthly update-batch guideline get a quote in advance. The only at-cost extras are domain fees (registration and annual renewal) and, if you use the optional LINE AI reception pack, its AI usage fees — both explained before you sign.
How should I prepare the domain?
We recommend registering it under your own registrar account. We guide the setup and you only point the nameservers to our host — we never hold your account, and on cancellation you simply point them back; there is no handover procedure at all. If that feels difficult, we can register and manage it for you: the registrant is you from day one, you pay only the actual domain cost, and on cancellation we hand it over by account transfer or by issuing the AuthCode. Either way, the domain is yours.
Can companies outside Kumamoto apply?
We serve companies in Kumamoto Prefecture only. Meeting in person — at your site, looking at the real thing — deepens understanding and lets us go from interview to launch in less time, at this price. We currently do not take online-only engagements.
